Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Refunds will be enabled for a good reason, not just because you changed your mind. For example a good reason is 'it doesn't fit', even though we provide clothing measurements on the site, use your head and measure yourself ya'll before you order... just a suggestion!

The refund will take place once we receive the item.  The refund can take place in a store credit, via direct deposit (in NZ only) or Paypal.


Please send your item within seven days (in New Zealand) and within 14 days (Worldwide) upon receipt of the delivered items.

1) Before returning an item please email us (info@plantationstore.co.nz) explaining what you are returning and why?

2) Please send your return back to us within 7 days (NZ only) of receiving it or within 14 days (worldwide).

3) Pay to send your package via Track n Trace methods only (don't forget to notify the store of the tracking number), with the following included:  
       
 i) A clean item in perfect condition with original tags attached.
        
ii) Returns form filled out.
        
iii) Send it so that The Plantation Store receives it within the days specified above and us responding to your initial email.
 
Please note:  
- The Plantation Store is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free. 
 
- Furthermore, free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange, any future swaps on the same original purchase will be solely the customers responsibility in full, you pay all forms of shipping. 

- All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping.
- Until an item is received at The Plantation Store, it is your responsibility, to avoid a lost package please track and trace!
