|DESIGNER :: Chaz Bojorquez It is such a privilege to have had this Los Angeles brother create artwork for my fourth album Hip-Hop Lives Here. 2011's Spring/Fall Edition of Chaz's design will carry into our 2012 Winter/Summer Collection with Zip and Sweatshirt Hoodies. If you hear this brother is exhibiting in a city close to you please check his artwork out, he is an incredible artist and more importantly, his existence in the international art scene is necessary.|
|PHOTOGRAPHER :: Geoff Budd This talented brother shoots beautiful pictures for our music videos. He has an eye for detail and an ability to capture it just right. We cannot give this brother enough praise for his skills and talent. Geoff is responsible for the catalogue images.||
|DESIGNER :: Steve Russell is designaholic. A kiwi bro living in Brixton and an overall nice guy. Lovingly nicknamed Big Steve because he towers over most people including King Kapisi who stands at an ample 6'4".
|DESIGNER :: Paul Shih We
love the work that Paul creates. Our first encounter with Paul's
artwork was through a friend who brought some of his paper diorama
pieces into our shop to display. We then were lucky enough to purchase
one of his limited edition toys he creates. 'Lil Kaps' was created over
an afternoon discussion to collaborate with King Kapisi on a tee
design, and 'Lil Kaps' was the result.
|DESIGNER :: Michel Mulipola Michel is a brother who is keen to help us out where and when he can. Helping us out included working in our physical store we used to have as well as creating designs for us. We will be releasing them throughout the seasons.|
|DESIGNER :: Montgomery Collins An ill graff writer and graphic designer. Montsta works on a majority of our designs by either cleaning up our design ideas or creating new ones for us. We have also worked with Montsta on large scale graff work for events we run, he truly is a mon-star.|
|DESIGNER :: Jordan Finau Jordan has an immaculate freestyle drawing hand. Some of my favourites are his designs including Mother Earth and Original Gangster (as worn by Rakaa Iriscience pictured right with me).|
|DESIGNER :: Kennedy Poynter After designing the Classic Overstayer Flag tee with Andrew B White, I joined forces with Kennedy Poynter, the owner and designer for New Zealand skate label, Poynter. After many years in the game we have collaborated on the design front again, with Kennedy lending his expertise in the street garment industry.
|DESIGNER :: Drew Gregory The talent behind a majority of the designs that were released in the Farmers Trading Company in New Zealand. As with all the designers behind Overstayer Clothing, the label has always been a collaborative effort.
|DESIGNER :: Andrew B White Andrew designed the award-winning artwork for my first album Savage Thoughts as well as the Classic Overstayer Flag. This is when the spark was initiated to start printing tees for what was to become Overstayer Clothing.
DESIGNER :: Kahuti Nuku Still at high school while designing for us when we had our physical store. Kahuti has spent his entire life around creative heads. His inspiration comes from having parents that have been involved in Hip-Hop in Aotearoa for almost 25 years, his love of 90's rap music and appreciation of Japanese art and culture, specifically from the Edo period.
|DESIGNER :: Bill Urale This is me. I started Overstayer so that I could wear clothes that could fit me. Being a 6'4" Samoan brother, this wasn't always an easy task before parallel importing was introduced into New Zealand. The main focus of the label is just to make dope designs. Simple.|
|DESIGNER :: Teremoana Rapley My designs are generally wordy. I mix my love and appreciation of unique achievements on the planet, both past and present, with balanced spatial designs.|
